Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching is a structured process that helps people, on a one on one basis, to develop or enhance their skills, knowledge and ability, to more effectively engage in and manage interpersonal conflict. Coaching may be around a specific dispute or more general conflict situation approach. Change in behaviours is achieved in part by increased self-awareness and insights.

Conflict management can be extremely useful in circumventing formal grievances and the need for mediation; or may be a useful step in the mediation process.
